Every time i wake up for the past few months the left inside of my jaw will hurt.......basically cause my bottom back tooth was either pressing into it or because i was biting onto it.........the bottom back tooth has been pressing onto it for a while that there's an indentation on the inside of the jaw. I feel like the left inside of my jaw has too much skin on the inside if i try to close my mouth teeth to teeth , i can't on the left side cause i would be biting a little bit of my jaw, does that make sense to anyone? i don't remember always being like this. Some days i wake up and the pain will go away in a few mins , but some days i will wake up and it will last for hours. I sleep on my left side facing the right so that creates more pressure. Does anyone know a medical term for this? of course eventually i will go to a dentist but i would like to look this up. So far i feel im the only one with this problem. The only solution i can think of right now is maybe to put a cotton ball over that area when i sleep , but actually im afraid i will accidentally swallow it.

i dont know how i got this. today morning i ate breakfast. After that i noticed some lil pain in the roof of my mouth. I checked in the mirror and there was a little pimple like bump in the roof of my mouth. It is not coloured, it is clear.

I pressed it with my finger and it did hurt a little. Just like the kind of pain of a pimple.

Now its night time and i checked and the lump has gone smaller and the pain has gone away.

What is this bump? i am worried. Could it just be my breakfast that was too harsh or cut my mouth somehow?

I've had this pain & swelling for about a week. A few days ago it was at the bottum of my throat & seems to be working its way up. It almost feels like my tonsils are growing back or something. It causes a cough. I cough up brown, yellow, & sometimes blood. What could this be & how do I get rid of it?

I have had my tonsils removed & am allergic to most antibiotics. All of the cyns(sp?) & to all the penicilin(sp?) family.
I looked up pictures of all of the tonsils & it feels like it is more in the palatine tonsil. Or if possible, both the palatine & lingual tonsil. Should these be removed too? What will happen if this is left untreated?
