Open Question: Ahh Im scared because I think I have gingivitis!?

Okay so I think I have had these symptoms for 6 days now! Only my top right side of my gums are really swollen! The other parts of my mouth are fine. It really hurts and I dont think its a disease….I just think its gingivitis! im going for sure to the dentist tomorrow! but what are they really going to do to heal them? Im really freaking out right now and Im scared!!!! 
Can someone help me or tell me what happened to them on personal experience? Thanks so much!
yes the right side gum is bleeding!
but not that much…Its weird how its just my right side!
